Requirements :
1. Male / Female
2. Age: Above 40th years old
3. Graduate from Law, Management or Psychology majors
4. Can operate MS Office programs
5. Have at least 5 years experiences as HR Manager in the manufacturing industry (Preferably the Automotive industry)
6. Familiar with HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
7. Familiar with Developing Competence Management
8. Familiar with Labor Laws, Union Laws
Familiar with Labor Union
9. Familiar with ISO 14001; ISO 9000 (Procedure & System)
10. Have car driver’s license is more advantage
11. English Active (Japanese is an advantage)
12. Residence in Bekasi or Cikarang area is advantage
13. Graduated from Reputable University with GPA 3.0 (in Scale 4.0)
